When I embarked on my fitness journey with Alisha over a year ago, I was overweight, frustrated and feeling terrible. I consistently worked out five days a week, but it was mostly cardio, which I detested! I monitored my diet and believed I was making healthy choices. I avoided carbohydrates as much as possible and kept my calorie intake between 1200 and 1400 calories. Alisha revolutionized my life through fitness and nutrition.
Initially, I was apprehensive about becoming bulky if I lifted weights. However, that’s not the case. I’ve never felt stronger and more confident. I’ve reduced my cardio routine and genuinely enjoy my training. I’m indulging in delicious meals and consuming even more calories than I ever imagined, yet I’ve lost weight and gained muscle.
Alisha possesses an extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Even when I was nervous about consuming 1800 to 2000 calories, she would encourage me to “trust the process,” and I did! She has transformed my life and enhanced it in countless ways. The outdated notion that you must eat less and engage in excessive cardio to lose weight is a thing of the past! I’m only regretting that it took me so long to discover the true path to a fit body and lifestyle.
